Terms of Service

csint.baby is strictly invite-only. Access is granted solely through a valid, single-use invite code issued by a platform administrator. You must not share, transfer, or attempt to obtain invite codes through any means other than direct issuance by an administrator.

Each invite code may only be used to create one account. You may not hold more than one account on the platform.

csint.baby is intended for legitimate use cases including:

• Open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and investigation.
• Security research and vulnerability assessment conducted with proper authorisation.
• Due diligence, background verification, and threat analysis for professional purposes.
• Academic, journalistic, or investigative research conducted in good faith.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform and any data obtained through it complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

You may not use csint.baby or any data obtained through it to:

• Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any individual.
• Facilitate unlawful surveillance or tracking of any person without their consent.
• Engage in doxxing — the non-consensual publication of private personal information.
• Commit, facilitate, or assist any criminal offence, including fraud, identity theft, or extortion.
• Conduct automated, bulk, or scripted queries against the platform or any upstream API.
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or exploit rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Share your account credentials with any other person.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without explicit written permission.
• Use data obtained through the platform to build competing services or datasets.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission.

The tools on this platform retrieve data from publicly available sources and third-party APIs. The fact that information is accessible does not make its use lawful or ethical in every context. You are expected to exercise judgement regarding the necessity and proportionality of each lookup you perform.

You must not use the platform to profile or aggregate data on individuals who have not consented, beyond what is genuinely necessary for a legitimate purpose. Investigative use must be directed only at subjects where you have a lawful basis to conduct that investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate any session or account we believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

The platform relays queries to third-party APIs to return results. We do not control those services, their availability, accuracy, or their own terms of use. You acknowledge that results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and you must not rely on them as authoritative without independent verification.

Use of data returned from third-party services is subject to the terms and applicable laws governing those services.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting a platform administrator.

csint.baby is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available, error-free, or that results returned by any tool will be accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, csint.baby and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any data obtained through it. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
